Hi John,
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you could apply for this card. But the bonus points offer is only available to new American Express card members, so as a current cardholder you wouldn’t be eligible for this offer. If you have more questions about changing your Amex account or getting an Amex business card, you may want to contact the Amex customer service team by logging into your account or by calling the Amex business team on 1300 366 549. I hope this helps.

Hi Ben,
Yes your Qantas business rewards can be transferred to a personal Qantas Frequent Flyer and spend them however you wish – on flights, hotels, gift cards or items from their shop.
Hope this helps!

Hi there
What is your card recommendation for a small company

Hi Luke,
You can compare business credit cards in Finder’s guide, which also includes details on what to consider before choosing one and alternatives, such as expense management cards and plans for small or large companies. You can also use the comparison table filters to view cards with specific features you’re interested in, such as bonus points or annual fee costs. I hope this helps.

Hi are we able to pay accounts with this card as BPay and receive the benefits of this card ?
Amy Bradney-George Finder
November 12, 2023
Hi Adam,
There’s nothing in the terms and conditions for this card that relates to BPAY being excluded or included for payments. But most credit card (and business charge card) accounts don’t offer BPAY payments to other accounts.
American Express does offer eligible business card members (including people with this card) a service called AccessLine, which allows you to pay suppliers in Australia even if they don’t accept Amex cards. If you want to learn more about AccessLine, or have other questions about this card, you can call Amex on 139 323. Alternatively, you can check out Finder’s guide on how to pay bills with a credit card, including ways to earn points for some BPAY payments. I hope this helps.

Hi, I noticed that there is not interest charged if paid off by 51 days which I am sure will be fine but if it is not, what is the interest rate?
Amy Bradney-George Finder
October 19, 2023
Hi Jo,
This is a charge card so the account is set up to be paid in full by the due date on each statement. If you wanted to pay off a portion of your balance over a longer period of time, this Amex card also offers a Flexible Payment Option (FPO). Interest charges do apply for FPO, and the rate is listed on account statements or available by contacting Amex. I hope this helps.
