Can the rewards points be converted to Asia miles for Prestige card?

Hi Maggie,

Unfortunately Citi Points can’t be transferred to Asia Miles, according to details publicly available on the Citi Rewards website. They can be transferred to Flybuys Points, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles or Velocity Points. There are also other rewards credit cards that do offer point transfers to Asia Miles, including ANZ Rewards, CommBank Awards, Westpac Altitude Rewards and American Express Rewards. I hope that helps.

Is there a waiting period before the lounge access is granted?

Hi Martin,

There’s no set waiting time once you have activated this card. According to the terms and conditions, Citi Prestige cardholders need to enrol in Priority Pass at http://www.prioritypass.com/prestigeaumc and download the Priority Pass app. Once your account is set up, there’s no waiting time so you can access the lounges listed in the Priority Pass app or on its website, according to the programs terms and conditions. If you have any questions, you can contact the Citi Prestige Concierge on 1800 782 948. I hope that helps.

Are you aware how the $150k income requirement is determined/assessed? If your household income meets that, would it be sufficient? Or does it need to be individually? If individually, if your recent fortnightly pay shows the correct amount say would that suffice?

Hello Lenny,

Thank you for your comment.

Yes, Citi Prestige has set their income requirement to $150,000 p.a. Your income is an important eligibility requirement that the issuer will use to assess your ability to repay. You will have to provide information about your current income, spending habits, and any existing debts to help the credit card issuer determine whether or not you can manage more credit.

It is more likely to assess you individually, hence, better to lay all your possible income. You may want to check our article about income requirements to get more idea.
